1. Write down your dreams

What are your dreams and what are you passionate about? Not sure about it? Get some ideas and inspirations from the most popular life dreams and   goals posted at Enriching-Life.com. You will be surprised how many       exciting and interesting life dreams have been created by our community.

To have a truly balanced and happy life you should have at least one dream in each of the six life areas Health, Mind & Spirit, Finance & Career, Lifestyle, Relationships and Giving Back. The easiest way to get startet is to pick one of the most popular life dreams in each of the six life areas and add them to your personal life plan.

If you have achieved some of your life dreams already then add them to your achievement list. It is important to always remember and give gratitude to all the great things which happenend in our life.

2. Realize That Dreams Come True In Steps

Happiness can been defined as, “The stepwise achievement of a worthy life dream or goal.” When you are working progressively, step-by-step toward something that is important to you, you generate within yourself a continuous feeling of success and achievement.

• who are already successful in certain areas of life, but are still unhappy because other areas of their life have been neglected, due to a lack of time or self-organisation.
• who are, for example, wealthy, successful and have a career, but didn’t care for other areas of life, like their health, mind & spirit, lifestyle, relationships and giving back and want to get back on track.
• whose life is to a great extent dictated and determined by external factors and who haven’t managed to express themselves yet, for example, if their profession and career was predefined or decided by accident.
• who set the goal to maximise their life quality and zest for life.
• who want to pass on their experience and knowledge to others to help them to reach their goal in life.
